My appointment was at 9:45. I walked in, checked in, went to the exam room, answered questions from the nurse, then the PA came in, asked questions, gave me a prescription and I was out of there in 10 minutes. It was so pleasant!

All staff was friendly, efficient, and informative. The facility was also comfortable and clean. The first provider I saw thought through the best way to treat me after realizing the most common treatment plan wouldn't work and executed perfectly. It was the best urgent care experience I've ever had.

Fast and efficient

From entering the door I was greeted so kindly, everyone was helpful and so joyful. The Nurse Practitioner gave my daughter an educational lesson and answered all questions she had. She didn't treat us like a number but actual human beings with feelings. Service was super quick and no waiting what so ever. The inside was clean, smelt great, and very well lit. I will drive to this location versus going to an urgent care right down the street from our house. This was the best experience ever. At the end they gave us our discharge paperwork quickly and she snuck in a lollipop and stickers for my daughter without showing her so it was nice that we were on the same page about not waving it all around for her to see and get excited about right away. I really appreciated that.

I was seen quickly, looked at thoroughly, diagnosed and given medicine, and was out in about 45 minutes. It included lab tests and an x-ray. They were fantastic.
